The main responsibilities of the role include:
Screening of listings to assure world-class quality on the content and a Listers community of trust.
Contacting Listers to offer guidelines to help them to improve their content.
Provide insight and feedback to Host & Community team on general basis.
Planning the strategy to improve contents through the analysis of success cases.
Working closely with Host & Community and Marketing team to find the best strategy to improve contents in different markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Publicity.
Master’s degree in Content Marketing, community manager, or similar is a plus.
+3 years of experience in similar roles in Marketing or Customer Experience teams.
High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Other european languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional typing accuracy and analytical skills
Experience working in international and multi-cultural environments.
