Duties and Responsibilities:

Researches, evaluates, recommends and documents processes, workflows and procedures to provide technical and business solutions for business partners and drive work to a conclusion
Serves as the primary liaison between Integrated Solutions, Systems, and our business partners
Delivers on commitments in the agreed upon timeline with accuracy and quality
Demonstrates technology proficiency

This bilingual quality review job involves quality and consistency review of translated content from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. A variety of quality tools are utilized and must be followed in order to achieve consistency, the highest quality standards, and cultural relevance. Applicants should be able to utilize translation software, translation memories, follow formatting, style and procedural guidelines, and work collaboratively with the rest of the team to complete work assignments. Applicants should be able to research, evaluate, and recommend translation terminology and improvements to the translation processes/tools/procedures, quality standards, and language-related business/systems solutions. Applicants should also be able to understand content management and rendering on web environments. 

Key Job Family Responsibilities:
- Reviews Spanish/English translations for accuracy, consistency and quality and makes necessary corrections. - Consistently applies translation tools such as Translation Style Guide, Terms Database and Translation Memory. - Defines, analyzes, clarifies, and translates to achieve detailed business requirements. - Researches, evaluates, recommends and documents: * Translation terms, * Improvements to the translation processes/tools/procedures, * Quality standards, and * Language related business/systems solutions.

Due to the technical nature of the work, must be able to:
* Translate within a software development environment, * Understand content management and rendering on the web, * Utilize advanced translation tools, and * Incorporate changing workflows based on advancing technologies.

-Job may require travel via commercial transportation and/or driving motor vehiclesJob may require irregular work hours and travel outside normal business hours - Language proficiency will be tested. An appropriate proficiency level will be required for writing and speaking both English and Spanish. - Translation experience is required. - Proficiency with translation software is desired. - Any one of the following certifications may be beneficial: * American Translators Association - Certificate of Proficiency * Translation BA and/or MA degree from a Major University * International Translators Association - Certificate of Proficiency * Translator's Certification by any state court or the US Federal Court
