Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Masters preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish - Candidate will be asked to complete U.S. Bank’s verbal language assessment, Spanish translation, and writing certification exams.
5-8 years of translation project management or related experience.
Experience managing a team.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Project management certification or similar level accomplishment.
Proven writing/editing skills.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office applications, and experience preparing executive level presentations.  Familiarity with Adobe InCopy & InDesign.
Degree in Spanish or certification in translation, i.e. American Translators Association preferred.
Ability to proactively consult with internal customers, business line and/or project leaders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
Strong planning and time management skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to follow in-house style guides.
Ability to learn new software and to apply copy editing skills in digital environments.
