Completed secondary education.
At least five years of relevant administrative support work experience, including word processing and/or processing translations.
Excellent level of written and spoken Spanish. Good knowledge of English or French and knowledge of the other.
Job Related Competencies (Essential)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Word, and good practical knowledge of a CATT tool as well as a workflow management software.
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good organizational skills and ability to work accurately under strict time constraints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective partnerships and working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
