Job Description

Manage and executes the complete project cycle.
Helps develop project plans and workflows, managing project time frames, project budget, allocation, resources and ensures quality.
Following analysis of client specific requirements, creates and manages internal version of localization project plans, and provides project specific education and coaching to linguist.
Directing DTP specialist’s deliveries to timelines and quality, including responsiveness and professionalism.
Leads project/client meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings.
Analyzes project risk, and defines mitigation actions of identified risks.

Obtains a quality check and feedback on all projects executed by him/her.

Translation and proofreading of documents from English to Spanishand vice versa.
Doing good research for the terminologies preferred by the client.
If there are any specific requirement (bilingual format, phonetical translation etc.), it should be catered.
The target document should be well formatted, mirroring the formatting of source document. In case of companies, the final document received by the PM should be fully dtpied (Print ready Format).
Project Manager should be available for the stylistic changes shared by the client and implement them accordingly into the document. Also, should keep a note of these changes for the future projects from the same client.


Required Experience 

 1+ years’ experience in the relevant field.

Capacity to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

Be able to pay attention to details.

Multilingual candidates will be prefered. 

This position requires relocation to Morrocco.
