Experienced. 3+ years of experience with localization project management and a track record for delivering work on time and within budget
Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A strong communicator. Excellent written and oral communication skills
Domain. Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments on time and within scope. Familiarity with Drupal (or other CMS) and website localization best practices. Experience with website localization, world-readiness, and publishing.
Collaborative. Team player and effective communicator
Go-getter. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and deadline driven. Comfortable working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Result-oriented. Experience working with and defining website content performance metrics and other KPIs as they relate to deliverables. Familiarity with various content performance and optimization testing practices, and turning actionable insights into impactful pipeline improvements or demonstrable ROI.
Technical. Mastery of CAT tools, TMS platforms, and the intricacies of file formats as they pertain to managing and automating translation pipelines.
Technically Savvy. 2+ years working in a technical role in the localization industry, with emphasis on the implementation of new CAT tools and filter configurations. Comfortable working with different tools and applications, and instinctively learn new technologies on demand.
A True Team Player. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including cross-departmentally.
Cross-Cultural Leadership. Background in foreign languages and cultures, especially as it pertains to translation, transcreation, multilingual content development, and marketing
Data driven. Experience analyzing data, patterns and trends
