We are looking for multilingual Customer Service Representatives (m/f). This role requires you to speak Italian and Spanish beside English at a high level.

You will be responsible for the following:
• Supporting clients from commercial and administrative companies from all 
  over Europe via telephone and email
• Supporting clients using IT networks
• Qualifying and solving IT-related questions and problems
• Communicating and cooperating with internal or external support specialists 

Your Profile:
• You have practical skills with Windows platforms as well as standard application software such 
  as Microsoft Office
• You can also solve general hardware problems
• Helpdesk experience is advantageous
• You are communicative and love to work on an international team
• Shifts are no problem for you
• You speak Italian and Spanish besides fluent English  
  (any additional languages like German, French  are welcome)
