We seek candidates with native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, a strong background in beginning and intermediate language teaching, experience teaching Spanish at the university level, and who demonstrate familiarity with current methods in second-language pedagogy. Proven experience in coordination (course, level, or program) and curriculum development will be a plus. Master’s degree in Spanish or M.A.T. in Spanish required.
Candidates from backgrounds typically underrepresented in higher education are strongly encouraged to apply. Background checks are required before candidates can be brought to campus for interviews.
