Talent.com is actively looking for a German-speaking Translation and Localization Project Manager.  

What you will do: 

Manage localization projects from content submission to final delivery for all outsourced languages (from 6 to 29, depending on products). 

Review and proofread target texts ensuring Talent.com's translated content is high-quality and conveys a unified voice. 

Make sure translations are culturally appropriate and suitable for each market. 

Translate and proofread marketing, legal and product texts from English into your mother tongue. 

Work hand in hand with the translation coordinator to establish the i18n roadmap, grow the multilingual glossary and develop global content strategies. 

Help increase awareness for translation and localization across the company by creating localization company standards and best practices. 

Suggest improvements to speed up the localization process and increase quality. 

What you bring: 

You hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in Translation, Localization, Editing, or Language Studies. 

You have 1-3+ years' experience in localization project management, translation, and/or editing. 

You are a native German speaker and have full professional fluency in English. Any other languages (especially Brazilian Portuguese and/or Dutch) are a plus. 

You are familiar with CAT tools, TMSs, TMs, glossaries, and style guides. 

You have exquisite writing and organization skills. 

You are detail-oriented and passionate about quality. You continuously try to find ways to improve processes. 

You understand brand voice and have the expertise to make it resonate equally in multiple languages and markets. 

You are culturally sensitive and enjoy working with a diverse team across different time zones.
