Emilia studied Spanish Philology at the University of León, also earning the advanced certificate in German from the Official State Language School as well as advanced certificates in Portuguese, English, German and Russian from the Language Centre at the University of León. At Cálamo&Cran, she completed the Professional Translation Course and the Literary Translation Seminar. An avid reader and expert in Spanish, European and American literature, she also keeps abreast of other topics, especially those related to current cultural trends and developments in sociology, art and design. She has worked for several years as a freelance translator for a variety of publishers and magazines, and continues to further both her theoretical and practical training. In her work, she always strives for the highest quality and dependability.
