 With a background in the field of law, Elena earned her Law degree from the Madrid Complutense University, having also completed two postgraduate courses in European Community Law (CEU San Pablo and Université Paris I). After living for several years in France, she decided to rechannel her professional career towards translation and the world of language. In her opinion, working in this discipline requires constant development and training. It is a field that has lead her to many interesting experiences: working at companies, writing legal articles and reports in both French and Spanish, teaching French, translating, copyediting… A former student of Cálamo&Cran, she currently works as a freelance translator of French and English and as a Spanish copyeditor. |
